[cisco-voip] TAPS

Hello all.

 

I cannot get TAPS to function on my CCM 4.1.  It had worked previously
so I know it was set up correctly at least at first.  None of the CTI
ports associated with the application are showing registered; I am sure
that is the problem just don't' know what to do next.  I have opened a
TAC case but in the mean time I thought I would ping this group for any
ideas.  Thoughts anyone??
