[cisco-voip] unable to creating unity subscriber for AD admins

Im running into a issue wher if the AD user is in the "domain admin" group,
i get an error when create a unity VM box.  i seen this on a couple of
installs, i know it something im doing wrong.  My work around in the go into
security tab for the AD acct and checked the propergate permission check
box. then create the unity subscriber before the GP updates.  the domain/ AD
is 2003  unity ver. has been 4 and 5.
