Does the user have any type of computer?
Here, we can only record/monitor through supervisor if the user is
logged into CAD (Cisco Agent Desktop) on their PC.
If you are going to do that, then you need to make sure the "Span to PC
port" option is enabled for the phone in call manager. This is required
for 7961 phones.
