  Sometimes Disabling and Enabling the CTI route point in Unity Express will make it work.

  I'm adding another call in number and application in unity express, following the same procedure I did for the others and the CTI route point is not registering. 

   

  I have added it as a controlled device for that userID.

   

  Any clues? I don't have to restart Unity Express I hope!
