Typically just leave the complexity the default unless you have a reason to change it. It would only affect conference resources if you built hardware conference resources on the router in question (or transcoder resources) and then put them in a MRG in callmanager.

Also a PVDM2-8 is half of a dsp. The PVDM2-16 is 1 DSP.
