[cisco-voip] Upgrading UCC-X (IPCC-X) 4.0 to 5.x

Hi
I need some help on this one... Is there some upgrade utility for IPCC-X 4.0
to 5.x, or it's just a lot of hard and manual work....
I've read that i need to do everything manual, but maybe someone has
experience in this field and would like to
share it with me.
