There are a few ways of moving calls between phones that share
lines. What exactly are you trying to do that is failing?

- hold on phone A, resume on phone B
- Barge/CBarge from phone B to phone A's call (requires privacy be
disabled)

I have a 7911 and a 7941 with the same extension. If the 7911
answers the call the 7941 cannot pick it up and you can’t use
transfer because you can’t transfer to a line you are on. If you
have two 7941s with the same number there is no problem. Is the 7911
the problem? I hope I explained that well enough.

Thanks
