You can leave the destination-pattern information the way it is or change your incoming peer to ‘incoming called-number .’, you’ll also need to configure direct-inward-dial on your incoming dial-peer.

Subject: [cisco-voip] I can't make a call by back to back E&M

I have to make a call between VoiceGateway (Cisco Routers)
So, I am testing E&M interface. But I can’t make a call between Routers.

Legacy phone A <-------> Router A <--------> Router B <-------> Legacy phone B
                    FXS              E&M               FXS

Legacy Phone A : 3333
Legacy Phone B : 4444

Router A :
FXS – 1/0/0
E&M – 1/1/1

Router B :
FXS – 0/2/0
E&M – 0/3/0

< Router A dial-peer >
voice-port 1/1/0
 operation 4-wire
 type 5

dial-peer voice 101 pots
 destination-pattern 3333
 port 1/0/0
!
dial-peer voice 100 pots
 destination-pattern 4444
 port 1/1/1

< Router B dial-peer >
voice-port 0/3/0
 operation 4-wire
 type 5

dial-peer voice 101 pots
 destination-pattern 4444
 port 0/2/0
!
dial-peer voice 100 pots
 destination-pattern 3333
 port 0/3/0

< Router A voice port >
A#show voice port sum
IN       OUT
PORT CH SIG-TYPE ADMIN OPER STATUS STATUS EC
====== == =========== ============ ======== ======== ========
1/0/0     --  fxs-ls      up    dorm on-hook  idle     y
1/1/1     --  e&m-wnk     up    up   seized   idle     y

< Router C voice port >
C#show voice port sum
IN       OUT
PORT CH SIG-TYPE ADMIN OPER STATUS STATUS EC
====== == =========== ============ ======== ======== ========
0/2/0  --  fxs-ls        up    dorm on-hook   idle     y
0/3/0  --  e&m-wnk    up     up   seized    idle     y

< Cable Pinouts >
A  -->  B
1  -->  4
2  -->  5
3  -->  3
4  -->  1
5  -->  2
6  -->  6
7  -->  7
8  -->  8

How can I make a call between Routers??
