[cisco-voip] I can't make a call by back to back E&M

I have to make a call between VoiceGateway (Cisco Routers)

So, I am testing E&M interface. But I can’t make a call between Routers.

 

 

Legacy phone A <-------> Router A <--------> Router B <-------> Legacy phone B

                    FXS              E&M               FXS

 

Legacy Phone A : 3333

Legacy Phone B : 4444

 

Router A :

FXS - 1/0/0

E&M - 1/1/1

 

Router B :

FXS - 0/2/0

E&M - 0/3/0
