[cisco-voip] IPCCX Agent Call Recording ?

Premium licensing with IPCC 4 should give you ad hoc recording... and that
sounds like exactly what you are looking for. The button however is not
there by default i dont think, someone had to put it there using desktop
administrator.

I would take a look at the CAD installation guide out on cisco.com,
especially the "Monitoring Requirements" section as a place to start.
There's a laundry list of things you have to do to get it working. the
device configs for the Phones all have to be set to Allow PC voice VLAN
access or SPAN voice vlan to data vlan (don't remember exact parameters
names)... I always forget that step.

i would have to dig up my notes at work for more info.
