Hello,

There is are two CallManager service parameter under Clusterwide
Parameters - Route Plan that need to be changed to force route lists to
route to the next gateway when using H323. Stop Routing on Unallocated
Number Flag should be set to False as well as Stop Routing on User Busy
Flag, which should also be set as False. This causes the Route List to
continue looking for resources.

I am having an issue with a route list in callmanager.  Here is my
Configuration

Route Group 1 - H.323 Gateway
Route Group 2 - MGCP Gateway with 4 PRIs



Route List 1:

-Route Group2



We have a problem with our PRIs on the first H.323 gateway.  They are
all down and layer 1 says deactivated.  When I send a call to that
gateway it doesn't reroute and come back and try the MGCP route group.
I have all the PRIs on the H.323 gateway in one Trunk Group.  I was
messing around with cause-codes but I still can't get that call to come
back and use the MGCP gateway when the PRIs are down.  I have to
manually go in and change the preference in the route list to use the
MGCP route group and then calls route out to the PSTN.

Wasn't sure if this was a CallManager issue or an H.323 configuration
issue.
