We've had nothing but good experiences with HP direct boxes and support. We haven't used them for our pub/subs yet, but for other boxes we have. Our plan for our next hardware upgrade is to purchase HP direct.

I was wondering how many organizations were using HP servers instead of Cisco's MCS line? I'd be running CUCM 6.1 on this box has anyone had any problems? Are the cost savings worth the hassle? You probably couldn't purchase Smartnet on the hardware so how is everyone's experience with HP's support? Any feedback would be appreciated.
