[cisco-voip] Rebooting CER

Rebooting CER should not affect any calls with call manager correct?

I seem to be having an issue where the looking for switchport details under ERL Membership shows a Failed to contact CER. I believe a reboot is in order, but don't want to interfere with CCM.
