[cisco-voip] Rebooting CER

Darren:

The only thing you need to be sure of is that your failover pattern for 911
calls is working.  The only thing that will happen in CallManager for CER
will be the CTI route points unregistering.  There will be no other negative
effect.  I hope this helps!
