[cisco-voip] HP OEM servers instead of MCS

Software support is still the exact same provided you're on supported 
hardware (which you have to be, seeing as the software won't install on 
unsupported hardware).

I echo the other comments - At the previous organization I worked with 
and the current shop I've always pushed buying HP hardware.  For our 
last round of upgrades our server cost ended up being about 1/3 the cost 
from HP as buying Cisco MCS boxes.

I've also never had an issue with HP hardware replacement.
