Thanks, what I need to know is how to config the Cisco side and if everything will work -- transfer calls, ani, mwi, etc. We are a Cisco partner and have limited interaction with NEC.

Sent from Windows Mobile, please excuse spelling and grammar.

I spoke to a friend at NEC and he told me that the NEAX2400 supports SIP from somewhere around release 22 or Higher so you should check with your NEC partner.

Hope this Helps;

Jorge

Before working at the Company I work for now, I used to work for NEC unified Solutions. At the Moment I left NEC in Sept of last year The NEAX2400 Series only had IP trunks. And most of the stuff was Proprietary IP CCIS Stuff. They might have opened up recently but I don't think so. Q.Sig is still your best option.

I am looking for an alternative to Q.Sig for my integration and would like to use a SIP trunk to integrate the two systems, any experience with that?

Thank you,

Mark
