yes as zohaib said, u need PGW to do so and it will be your call processing engine, usually AS configured as an MGCP gateway on the PGW and the PGW control all of its configuration parameters.
 
This is from the SS7 side, to the IP side either u will need a SIP trunk to a callmanager or you need to use a product called HSI "H323 signaling Interface" that enables you to terminate an H323 connection to a callmanager or a gatekeeper.
 
Anyway, if you are working for a cisco partner I guess it is better to contact your system engineer as concering this solution you will not find alot of documents online that may help you like other Cisco products.
