[cisco-voip] How to reset the CDR Utility Password on CCM 4.2.3!

I am assuming that you are using DC directory with callmanager, and you dont
know the username which you are using for logging into CAR. Then use this
document

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/restore-art-car-pwd.html

If this is the first time you are logging into CAR - use username as admin
and use the password as ciscocisco.
