[cisco-voip] Upgrade CCM 5.1.2.1000 to 5.1.2.3130-1, voicegateway problem

Hi,
 
I have strange problems after i upgraded my CCM to 5.1.2.3130-1.
 
The problems are with my 2801 voicegateway. There are errors on my E1
controller, sometimes it goes down en by itself it comes up.
This is the output from the command, sh controllers E1 and sh isdn
status
 
E1 0/3/0 is up.
