[cisco-voip] 7971 Softkey Template - Shared Lines

Actually, SR5d has several issues with this series of phones
(7941,7961,7971, and higher). Go to SR6 at least, but SR7 is the latest
and I've installed that with no issues.

Do they see the same behavior if they are on a line that is on the
phone (not the sidecar)?

My first impression is buggy firmware (devpack it); second is a CCM
bug, but that is unlikely as that SR is running everywhere
