[cisco-voip] CER 2.0 Licencing

I have a CER 1.3 system with a Pub and a Sub with 2200 user licences. I am going to upgrade to 2.03. I am wondering what I need for licences. Is it similar to Call Manager - I will need 2 server licences that come with 100 user licences and a 2000 user license associated with the Pub's MAC address and all licence files are loaded on the Pub?
