Hi All,

I found a document a couple of months ago that told how an upgrade should
be performed depending on the size of the cluster and how many devices. I
thought it said something about doing it in phases. I'm unable to find
this document again. I don't see this mentioned in the upgrade and
release documents on the Cisco website. Did I dream about this? We have
two seperate clusters. One of them has about 30 devices and 1 remote
site. I upgraded the pub and sub in about 5 hours time. All went great.
We are now planning to do the larger cluster with 800 devices. I could
use that document again.

One more question.

Can the DMA tool be started while calls are still being processed?

Thanks,

Steve Siltman
