Make sure agent phones are set to allow pc voice vlan access or span voice
vlan to pc port. I would also check the IPCC port utilization document from
cisco.com for your version of IPCC and make sure you aren't blocking
necessary traffic with an ACL or firewall.

Also review the installation guide for CAD and CSD regarding requirements
for silent monitoring and recording, might be some additional configurations
on the server side you need to make.

Those are problems I have run into in the past.
