Make sure within CSD you are selecting the call and not the agent when
you want to record. To do silent monitoring you have to click the
agent.. so maybe there is some confusion there?

Make sure you did not miss the "Recording Count" under System->System
Parameters in the appadmin page. It is set to "0" by default.



Also I believe you have to check the "Enable Desktop Monitoring" for the
agent phones from the Desktop Administrator application: Enterprise Data
Configuration -> VoIP Monitor
