[cisco-voip] trouble with SIP trunk authentication

I have a CME with a SIP trunk/dial-peer pointing towards

The service provider VoIP Street.

They need SIP authentication. Inbound calls worked just fine.

The username and password they gave me just does not seem to register the
DN.

Has anyone tried to use the service provider with CME and gotten it to work?
They don't seem to know much about Cisco routers which surprises me.

Thanks Peter.
