[cisco-voip] silent monitor with out a CAD

Hi

 

I'm trying to figure it out how to silent monitor an IPhone with out a
CAD.

What will my requirements? Someone said it cannot be done over layer 3
is that true?

 

This is my setup

 

1-       pstn

2-       gateway 2851

3-       Switch 3560

4-       4- phones

 

 

Can some help me please to understand to make this works
