David,
   If you wanted to do something awful that would make you re-examine
your QoS strategy and increase the complexity of your network, you
could get around what Scott (who is correct) said by placing an MTP at
the site where the IPCCx server is located, and forcing your voice
traffic through that.
  You could use this to avoid needing to SPAN over the WAN. Whether or
not this solution is feasible depends on your network architecture and
where gateways, servers etc. are located.
