[cisco-voip] Cisco Unified Video Advantage

I have installed Cisco Unified Video Advantage on my PC. Now I can set up
videocalls and voicecalls internal. However, I can't dial external now. So I am
limited to place internal calls only. If I dial an external number (to PSTN)
there is only silence and after a long time the phone hangs up.

CallManger: 4.2(3) SR3
Phone: 7961
Cisco Unified Video Advantage 2.1.1.0
