[cisco-voip] Having problem on Wallboard

Dear All,

we are running a call center with cisco IPCCE and using check mate as
wallboard application. the problem we are facing is with the attributes we
publish on the wallboard with the help of IPCCE real time database. Can any
one help me out on this, as i need to know where do these fields can be
matched?
