[cisco-voip] BAT -- CM 4.1.3sr6a

I've seen this before in CM 4.1(3) and it turned out to be a problem
with the csv file (formatting didn't match the template).

I'm using BAT on CM 4.1.3sr6a and trying to add a new template (I've
done it before) but this time I get a pop up that says, "Error no." and
that's it.  is this a bug?  What's up.  I would have thought it would
give me a little more info.
