there are alternatives, like the ones from valcom, but i've used the tamb and they work great. the disconnect issue is because of the FXS port and if you had a trunk port or FXO port it would likely work without it, but with an FXS port you need this for sure.

I have a very ancient paging system that we found out about at the 11th hour of a cut over to CUCM 6.1. I can connect an FXS port to it and it pages once but does not dissconnect. What are some things I can try on the 2821 gateway to make it dissconnect? Thanks for your help.
