To get that level of control, you are going to need some 3rd party apps.
You will probably need a 3rd party Call reporting platform.

Thanks Ryan, is it works if I want to control the duration of a call to
the PSTN (for example: a maximun of 5 minutes), after this time the call
should be terminated.

If you mean TOD routing, you can do that with partitions.
