[cisco-voip] SIP early offer in 12.4(20)T1...

All:

I am a little confused about this feature.  It says we no longer need MTPs to support early offer, but it still only works if the gateway is flow-through?  Can anyone verify this?  If no MTP is required then... why not support flow-around?
