[cisco-voip] factory resetting a 7942 - stuck on "upgrading"

turns out it was a VLAN issue that had the incorrect TFTP server. i was working on a phone that had alternate TFTP set and i forgot about it. ayieeeeee 

funny thing though, even though my term42.default.loads is the same as the loads file for the image i'm running, it goes through the upgrade twice, instead of once. 

i thought if they were the same, it would be only once.
