[cisco-voip] CUCM Bulk Admin Generate Phone Report missing model type field

Hi All,
We are running CUCM 8.5.1SU1 and I've just noticed that on the generate
phone reports under bulk admin I can no longer choose the model type field.

Has anyone seen this?
