[nsp] c4700 interfaces disappeared

All,
 
            I have a fastethernet 0/1 and 1/1. It seems to have just
disappeared. I don't see a # show diag equivalent command on a 4700
series router. Can someone lend a few pointers as to what the next
steps should be?
