CSCdu70232 - GEIP+ interface stays up/up when cable is removed
Fixed in these:
12.1(09.05)EC 12.1(09.05)E
12.0(18.06)ST 12.0(18.06)SP
12.0(18.06)S 12.1(08a)E02

The case says you are running 12.1(5)T...is that right?
