We ended up using an external DSU. E2 seems to be fairly uncommon, so it's
hard to find kit to drive it.

At the time, Metrodata seemed to be the only people doing such a DSU, so
we got one from them and went into the router with HSSI. I've now noticed
that blackbox also do an E2 DSU.
