Thanks to all who replied. I went the ip accounting route and noticed that
our web server was the source of the most traffic going out on that
interface.

Did a grep of the destination IP address in our httpd logs to find out
that one of our users has about 130MB of South Park real video files that
are getting massively hit.

I've disabled this guys web page for the time being and we're back down
to normal again. *sigh*

Now, I've got to have a little talk with this guy. :)
