Another issue we just discovered with VIP processors is that dCEF wil not
work with named access control lists, at least with 12.1 ios. change to
numbered ACLs if you want to take advantage of the VIP, and be sure to
monitor the VIP CPU utilization which will probably be higher than the
RSP.
