[nsp] undesirable trafice

cisco catalyst2612XL Switch

|
rotuer fastehternet0/0

Here router's ethernet port is dircetly connected with switch's 0/7
port using dlink cat5ethernet cable(RJ-45)

now my router ethernet showing input rate 100000 bits/sec
and at the same time on switch fastehternet0/7 showing output rate
251000 bits/sec
Since from last one or two hours this is happening....

How this can happen ,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,
any ideas will help me...
