Private network over PPPoE ADSL

Hi All,

I'm trying to build a private network for one DSL customer. He has two
locations, that connect to me with ADSL. The connections are PPPoE
terminating on a 2621 router. I have managed to place the two locations in
a bridge-group.
Is it possible to isolate this bridge group so nobody else has access to
it, and also that the IPs that this customer uses can overlap IPs of
different customers?
I know I could do this with VPN software, but I want to avoid it.
