Check the cisco web-site under product docmentation for core-routers
looking for the configuration notes for the pa-mc-t3 (or ct3ip/ct3pa)
for usable examples.
It goes something like this -
controller T3 3/0
framing m23
clock source line
t1 1 channel-group 0 timeslots 1-24
t1 2 channel-group 0 timeslots 1-24
...
t1 27 channel-group 0 timeslots 1-24
t1 28 channel-group 0 timeslots 1-24
t1 1 clock source Line
t1 2 clock source Line
...
t1 27 clock source Line
t1 28 clock source Line
interface Serial3/0/1:0
...
For the channels which can be further broken down into into ds0's,
you add additional channel groups with something less than full
timeslots and say whether they're 56K or 64K channels.
Interfaces pop into existance as you add the t1/channel-group
lines.
