Rodrigo,

in order to performe this solution you need to configure both fasteth
interfaces with the same IP Net number, and the Cisco routers do not allow
this one.

Check into the Open Forum at CCO, someone else has already asked this.

So, if configure two fastethernet interfaces on the same router with the
same virtual IP address and different priorities, only the one with the
biggest priority will respond for the virtual address ARP resolution. And in
the case this interface goes down, the other one starts to respond to
virtual address ARP resolutions.

Am i correct?
