[nsp] warning 12.1 -> 12.0 reversion woes

Although the general notion is that 12.1 is just "mainstreaming" of
the 12.0T tree, be warned that there are config syntax changes and
altered defaults that will play havoc if you have to revert from a
12.1 generated config to 12.0.

In particular, gratuitous changes made to the aaa clause syntax/options
and written to the config file, will be rejected by 12.0 and you may
find yourself locked out of remote access to your own router... 8-(
