[nsp] ip sdr listen bug? (12.0(7)T, 12.1(2)T)

I am having a problem trying to enable sdr on an interface. This is on a
3640 with 12.1(2)T. I have also tried 12.0(7)T. Bug Navigator shows
nothing for this apparent bug, and I have opened a TAC case, but I thought
I would try the list to see if anyone may know something.

IOS seems to confuse "ip sap" and "ip sdr". Watch:

stargate#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
stargate(config)#int s2/0
stargate(config-if)#ip s?
sap sdr security split-horizon summary-address

stargate(config-if)#ip sap ?
listen Listen for sap packets on interface

stargate(config-if)#ip sdr ?
listen Listen for sap packets on interface

stargate(config-if)#ip sdr listen
stargate(config-if)#^Z
stargate#show runn int s2/0
Building configuration...

Current configuration:
!
interface Serial2/0
 description T1 to Sprintnet
 ip address 144.232.209.122 255.255.255.252
 ip pim sparse-mode
 ip route-cache flow
 ip sap listen
end

there seems no way to enable sdr...........it instead thinks its doing
SAP.......
