What I was told by TAC at some point in the dim past was the PA-2FEISL-TX is
based on their old token ring cards and cannot handle full load across both
ports. If you need to do full duplex 100Mbit, they say you have to use the
PA-FE-ISL (or two of them for two connections). I have seen the 2 port fail
at higher loads.
