[nsp] VQP message formats and/or protocol implementation available?

We're looking into using dynamically assigned VLANs, based on MAC
addresses. Thus we'll need a VMPS and the switches will use VQP. As
far as I can see, only the 5000 and 2926 serier of switches can be
used as VMPSs.

Anybody know if the VQP message formats are available? If there is
a VQP protocol implementation freely available?

(Yes, I know you get a VMPS as part of Ciscoworks 2000...)
