hi, all

  anyone is familar with internet multicast routing? i am designing a multicast project, the customer has a separate AS number, wants to deliver multicast service in its network, in earlier i suggest one RP for entire network or one RP for every ospf area( total 4 ospf areas).
1.is this suggestion proper?
2. how about communication with other AS ?
3. how to consider MBGP and MSDP?
4. how deeply influence to router's load?
5. how to restrict the multicast source? such as somebody on the internet ping the multicast group address.

any hint is appreciated. thanks.
