Pool manager Process ?

hi, giys.

I have one question about pool manager process in my cisco7507 router.
what is this process for ?
I think this process is used for dial-up access , not well-known about it.
but I'm sure that I didn't set up any configuration for dial-up access .

let me show you my router's processs memory status.
